How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. We ship across India using reliable courier partners.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes. You’ll see the option during checkout.
How is my order confirmed?
We verify every order through WhatsApp within 24 hours of placement. You'll receive a message from us to confirm your order and address details. Orders that are not verified within this time may be automatically cancelled.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled, it's likely because it wasn’t verified on WhatsApp. We require confirmation before dispatch to avoid failed deliveries. Please check your reach us via our Contact Us page — we’ll help you out right away.
Order Delivery & Issues
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Oh no — we’re sorry about that! If any item is missing from your package, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp. Be sure to share your order number and unboxing video — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please check your tracking link first (sent via SMS/email after dispatch). If it’s been over 7 days since shipment and there’s no movement, or the tracking status is unclear, contact us right away — we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf
My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered slightly early. If you haven’t received it after 24 hours of the ‘delivered’ status, please let us know. We’ll work with the courier to locate the package or arrange a resolution.

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
